  • deBloemist levert een versgarantie van zeven dagen op alle bloemen en boeketten
  • Bent u niet tevreden, laat het ons weten vul het formulier in
  • deBloemist doet er alles aan om een zo vers mogelijk product te leveren

 

 

 

 

Complaints treatment

  • Give us the order number so we can react as soon as possible.
  • A complaint about flowers? Please react within 8 days after the delivery date.
  • Send a digital picture with order number to info@debloemist.nl
  • Do you have a complaint about a gift product? Please report it to us as soon as possible, within 8 weeks after the delivery date.
  • Your complaint will be handled as soon as possible. You will receive a reaction within a week.

Sending back of shipments

  • Products can be send back to deBloemist.nl Burg. Meijboomstraat 23 2231 LA Rijnsburg, The Netherlands. Please add the order number, delivery date and delivery address.
  • The costs for sending back are not for deBloemist.nl.
  • Fresh products like flowers, fruit baskets, helium balloons can not be send back because of shelf life.
  • Gift products like wine, champagne and stuffed animals can be send back within 14 days of reception. Wine and champagne must be send back with the box they came in. The label cannot be damaged.
  • Other gifts must be returned in original state.
  • deBloemist confirms the reception of the returned article to the customer via email.
  • The customer will receive the whole order amount with the payed delivery costs within 14 days.
