When can you deliver?
Flowers for the Netherlands: If ordered before 12pm (From Monday till Saturday), delivery on the same day. Ordered after 12pm but before 3pm (from Monday till Friday), we can usually deliver in most parts of the country on the same day. Our website shows the first possible delivery date. It’s also possible to do a post code check to see where we still deliver on that day. The post code check is visible on Monday till Friday from 12pm till 3pm.
You can choose to let flowers be delivered on another day (also on Sunday).

Gifts for the Netherlands: Ordered from Monday till Friday before 2pm is delivered the same day. Ordered on a Saturday before 12pm is delivered the next day. You can also choose for the gift to delivered on another day. (Also on Sunday).

Can I choose the delivery date myself?
After you fill the delivery address in, you can choose the delivery date. Our system shows you the first possible delivery date, you can also choose another delivery date.

Can I combine products?
Combine as much products as you want. After choosing a product, you can add another product. This way you can combine everything from our assortment with each other and make the perfect gift.

Can I order at once for more addresses?
Do you want to surprise more friends or co-workers with a gift? It’s possible to order for one or more addresses. Add all the products to your shopping card and choose multiple addresses. This way you can add a personalised card for every address. Your order stays logical, our ordering system has only one page!

Can I send multiple products to one address, but all with their own card?
Do you want to deliver multiple products on one address with all their own cards? This is possible, add at step 3 the addresses and separate the products. As long as the addresses and the delivery date is the same, the delivery costs will only be charged once.

Can I choose of a time shipment?
A time shipment is possible if the delivery date is not the same day you order it.
A time shipment is possible in the following cases:

  • Order on Monday till Friday before 5pm
  • Order on Saturday before 12 pm.
    There is no time shipment possible on Sun- and festival days.

Our time tables are:

  • Morning: between 8am and 12pm.
  • Afternoon: between 12pm and 5pm
  • Evening: between 4pm and 10pm

What happens if the receiver is not home?
If the receiver is not home, we will try to deliver the package at the neighbours. The receiver will get a card through his mailbox with the address where the package is delivered. If the neighbours are also not at home, then the courier will try again later. Also in this case the receiver will get a note in his mailbox.

Do you deliver on Sunday?
Yes, we deliver your gifts and flowers also on Sunday. It is necessary to order before Saturday 12pm!

Can I send an order anonymously?
You can choose to send the order anonymously. Keep in mind, that we take the text from the card! So don’t leave your name on there.
Personal information is never given to third parties!

Can I track my order?
Yes this is possible! In the order confirmation you’ll receive a link. This is the link to our Track & Trace system. Here you can see where your order is and when it will be delivered.

Do I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, as soon as you have made your order, you’ll receive an automatic email confirmation. Check this email thoroughly and let us know, as soon as possible, if you see any mistakes. We can adjust the mistakes, if we see them in time.
