Delivery of flowers

We try to work and ship as many of the orders ourselves. This is not always possible, for example with orders which can’t be delivered in the evening. These orders will be executed by local colleague florists. We work together with hundreds of florists throughout the whole of the Netherlands. This way it’s often possible to order before 3pm for delivery the same day.

Placing an order on a Saturday and delivery on the same day? This is possible if you order before 12 pm.

Delivery of a bouquet on Sunday? That’s possible! Place your order before Saturday 12pm,

Delivering flowers and other gifts

All shipments of will be delivered with our courier service. As soon we have made your order, you’ll receive an email from our courier service with a Track & Trace link.

Order delivery planning:

  • From Monday till Friday applies ordering before 12pm, same day delivery.
  • From Sunday till Friday applies ordering between 12am and 11:59 pm, next day delivery.
  • Ordering on Friday between 12pm and 5pm, Saturday delivery.

Delivering a package on Sunday? This is possible! Place your order before Saturday 12pm.

You can of course still order for a later date in the future.

Delivery when you desire

We deliver your order on the date you have chosen. This way you can order all the gifts for your relations before hand.

You can choose which time of the day you want the gift to be delivered. So you can choose between the morning, the afternoon and the evening.

The planning for day shipment:

  • Morning between 8 am and 12pm.
  • Afternoon between 12 pm and 5 pm.
  • Evening between 5pm and 10pm. (not possible on a Saturday)

Time shipments are not possible with delivery on Sundays or with deliveries on the same day. You can choose a time shipment when you order one day beforehand before 5 pm. A time shipment with a delivery date for Monday must be ordered on Saturday before 12pm. A time shipment is only possible on the chosen delivery date. (*time shipments are a set delivery time with a surcharge).

When you choose for a standard delivery (without day shipment), we aim for delivery between 8am and 7pm.

When the delivery address is a company, we aim to deliver it before 5pm. Unless it says differently on the ordering page.

Delivering procedure

Your order will be offered on the set delivery date. When nobody is home, the driver will do one of the following actions:

  • The courier will offer the package to the neighbours and will leave a note.
  • The courier will take the package back and leaves a note behind. The receiver can make a new appointment, via this note, for a second delivery.

If your order contains a fresh product, then the receiver will not have to call the courier for a second appointment. The order will be presented the next day.

Packaging & delivery costs

For shipment and packaging of your order, you pay delivery costs. These costs are per address. You always pay a sharp rate of just €7.50 per address in the Netherlands. For delivering large numbers, we can charge the delivery costs afterwards. An employee of will first contact you about this.
